2022 Great Eastern Fly-In Cancelled

It is with deep regret that the GEFI committee will not be running in 2022 please keep a watch for the future.

80 years ago, August, September and October, 1940 are the months that equipment and personnel first arrived at No. 1 Bombing and Gunnery School, RAAF Station Evans Head and training began.
We’d very much like to acknowledge this anniversary, for all who came from near and far: trainees and cooks, engineers and parachute packers, truck drivers and pilots, all those involved, in any way, thank you.
